As the founder of 11 North, Jerry not only offers a wealth of experience, but a unique perspective on developing property within the Melbourne market. Over his career, Jerry has spent ten years as a director and ten years as a high performing sales consultant, and has been involved with or overseen $4 billion in property sales. In 2008, he opened his first real estate office in Ashburton, and over the next few years, grew the business to include four 4 offices and a commercial department.
Additionally, Jerry is a seasoned property developer and has bought, sold and developed over $120,000,000 in real estate, involving 40 projects over the last two decades. Over this time, he has built a large network of consultants, builders, town planners and designers that support him through the development process. Furthermore, he has managed his own developments and the developments of many other people. With every single development, Jerry has obtained a positive return, even when buying in a high market and selling in a low market, exemplifying his keen market insight.
Just one of Jerry’s professional highlights includes project managing the town planning approval for a 39 home sub-division, from engaging contractors and managing the building of the infrastructure, such as the roads and underground power, through to selling the property once complete.
Apart from being a fully licensed estate agent, Jerry has a Certificate 4 in Finance and is currently obtaining a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction. Jerry also mentors and coaches others who wish to get their start in property development, and attends many personal growth and development courses himself.
